Personal Identifies with Messiah Yeshua

Messianic Believer Mikvah (Immerse)

The above diagram is a simple illustration to show you reason for Immersion is to testified Messiah's death burial and resurrection.

A mikveh Chayim mayim tevilah means gathering of waters, also means hope (tikvah) and in the semitic who live in desert see the gathering water there is hope and find rest. Mikveh is the practice of washing all for of uncleaness. Immersion (Baptise in Greek) complete cover with water. Immersion completely into Water is an outward symbol of inward reality. It is simply a public testimony to the fact that a person has trusted Adonai as his Messiah. You also notice that the believer go to pool to immerse himself / herself. This is to show that He understood the scripture, believe in (Yeshua), born again, will to submit and obey the commandment of  to be immerse. He is not force or being push into immersion.

Mikveh (a type seen in the Laver)  is most require step of obedience for all believers in Yeshua because it is special Instruction given by Yeshua Mattiyahu 28:19 -20 "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, MIKVAH MAYIM them in *MY () NAME Teaching them to Shomer all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I AM with you always *, even unto the end of Ha Olam Hazeh. Amein. " *The Original reading did not have the later trinitarian  additions Take note that Mikveh (immersion) is not a substitution for circumcision in heart and flesh circumcision.

The establishment of relationship with Elohim are base on the following scripture Yochanan 3;5, 7; Galatians 3:26; and 1 Yochanan 3:1

1.  Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot * enter into the kingdom of  Elohim.

2. We must be born again. Yochanan 3:3-17

3. We then become the children of  Elohim by faith in Messiah Yeshua's Blood Atonement.

4. In relationship we called the sons of Elohim: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not

Romans 2:25 -29 But he is a Yehudi, which is one inwardly *; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of YHwH Elohim.

Circumcision of the heart (type seen in Brazen Alter) most require and evidence of a believer being Saved by faith in accepting the Yeshua's redemptive work. The foreskin of the heart; specifically means, "a barrier to holiness" i.e. lust. This barrier is what Acts 2:38 removes!  It is cutting off our old nature (carnal flesh), Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against Elohim: for it is not submissive to the Torah of Elohim, neither indeed can be"  and we must be filled with Ruach Hakodesh and walk a consecrated lifestyle in Mashiach.

Circumcision of Flesh requires under below circumstances:

Circumcision in flesh of the foreskin is a special covenant to the Yisraelites; as for Non-Jews males Believers not necessary require unless he desire to be converted it must be done decently and in order of faith because once the token or seal is received that Yisrael is pledged to full and immediate compliance which can become so frustrating, discouraging that new in faith can give up and fall away from However for those, have the testimony of Yeshua; are already circumcised in heart, mikveh mayim, submissive to the Torah of Elohim will only be require circumcision in flesh when they enter into 's Sanctury HaBayit in Yisrael Ezekiel 44:9 9 Millenial kingdom, when they partaking in Pesach (Shemot 12:48,49) Ezekiel 45:21 ), Leviticus 12 and Entry into the Land of Yisrael the promised land. New in faith Believers are required to at least maintain the instruction basic command in  Acts 15:20. Circumcision are commandment found in the Torah teaching it is not the basis of Salvation to establish Avrahamic Covenant. Salvation by put your faith in the redemption work of Mashiach Yeshua alone.

Romans 2:2 For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou Shomer the Torah but if thou be a breaker of the Torah, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.

The understanding of Kosher Mikveh is:
A proper mikvah contains a minimum of 40 SE'AH (about 120 gallons) of undrawn water (cannot be filled by bucket or by metal pipes).

The volume of a Sinful man is:
20 se'ahs -20
After immersion the man has 20 new se'ahs of living water = "born again" 20

If the volume of a Mikvah is
only 20 Se'ahs 20(60 gallons)

the volume of a sinful man is
20 Se'ahs -20

After immersion the an has 0 se'ah no rebirth he is dry 0

Immersion in natural enviroment such river, lake, ponds are by far a best choice

Alternative choice Man-made pool will base on the measure of 40 Se'ahs roughly the water level that
reaches ones Chest or ribs where the lungs is.

The type of Immersion

We also see from the Tenakh perspective of from the incident of the Red Sea Crossing signifies a type of mikveh mayim. The Israelite people were in the bondage in Mitzrayim and chose Moshe to be their deliverer. We can see that to be able to get out of bondage in Mitzrayim Ha Benai Yisrael must first cross the Red Sea. Therefore the word Hebrew means the crossover one. This is the type of Immersion into Moshe in the cloud and in the sea? which means immersion into Adonay HaMashiach for the remission of sin. (1 Cor. 10:1-2; Acts 2:38; 22:16) Immersion into Adonay HaMashiach causes a Messianic Believer to be free from sin. (Rom. 6:1-8)

We can understand the parallel comparison to Moshe delivering Ha benai Yisrael out of physical bondage is sending His Son Messiah into the world to provide a way of salvation for mankind. The Red Sea Crossing signifies a few point that we should take note:

 1. Seen as a way of redemption through HaMashiach, the benai Yisrael cross the red sea by faith and obedience. 's delieverance through the crossing of the Red sea means that salvation by the blood of Adonay HaMashiach.

 2. Mitzrayim is seen as a type of spiritual bondage of sin

 3. Red sea the word red symbolizes blood. "be immersed into Him and be washed in His precious blood." (Heb. 9:22; Rev. 1:5)

When a Messianic believer take the step of Mikveh Mayim tevilah, it means that the person is obedient to the commandment of Adonay as mention in Mark 16:16 He who believes and is immersed will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned. Please take not that believing comes before immersion. It means that you are identified with Messiah in His death, burial and resurrection.

** Please note that we reject the theory of "infant baptism" or paedobaptism,  and "baptism by sprinking" This is because infants or children are too young to express faith for themselves, may not fully understand the biblical concept Immersion (Baptism), since we understand baptism to be an expression of faith, and no one can be saved by their parents' faith.

The Scripture clearly written about Immersion is only for believers who had placed their faith in Mashiach were immersed - as a public testimony of their faith and identification with Yeshua (Acts 2:38; Romaios 6:3-4). Water immersion  is a step of obedience after faith in Mashiach. It is a proclamation of faith in Mashiach, a statement of submission to Him, and an identification with His death, burial, and resurrection.

Some Believers who practice infant sprinkling baptism do so as the new covenant equivalent of "circumcision". In view of this similar with the concept that of a Hebrew to the Abrahamic and Mosaic covenants, those believers came up with a doctrine regard baptism as joined a person to the New Covenant of salvation through Yeshua the Messiah. This view is not scriptural. The Renewed Covenant nowhere describes baptism as the Renewed Covenant replacement for Torah instruction circumcision that is man-made doctrine adding to word of Elohim . The Renewed Covenant nowhere describes sprinkling baptism as a sign of the New Covenant. It is faith in Yeshua the Messiah that enables a person to enjoy the blessings of the New Covenant (1 Korinthos 11:25; 2 Korinthos 3:6;Hebrews 9:15). Sprinkling baptism is also not scriptural.

The doctrine of baby dedication is not an officially instituted ordinance of the Assembly, however as long as the way of practice that does not regard as doctrinal statement of faith and have any conflict with Scripture that the  parents do not view it as assuring the salvation of the child.

What is the age requirement for a person to be Saved?

There is certainly no age requirement for salvation.

Yeshua Himself declared,

Let the little children come to Me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matityahu 19:14). As soon as a child is old enough to understand that they have sinned (Romaios 3:23), that Yeshua died to pay the penalty for their sins (Romaios 5:8;6:23), and that they must place their faith in Yeshua for salvation (Yochanan 3:16), then they are old enough to be saved.

The scriptures says implore us to have child-like faith (Matthew 18:4;Mark 10:15;Luke 18:17). It is important that parents make sure that their children understand the basic issues (as described above), but the promise of Acts 16:31 is equally true with regard to an adult or a child: "Believe in the Master Yeshua, and you will be saved."

Yochanan the Immerser said :"I indeed immerse you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He (Yeshua) shall immerse you with the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), and with fire:" (MatitYahu 3:11)

All forms of Tumah and Tamei (uncleaness) is associate  or leads to death.

Come out of Tumah (death of physical / spiritual) Mikvah; Alive ; new begining

come out of (Tamei) uncleanliness Mikvah Purity / white garment

When someone enter by faith into Avrahamic covenant. He must be immersed (baptized) in the mikvah (Mikveh pool). There are many other occasions for which one is immersed in the mikvah: Death exist was the result of man sin therefore if any one contact the death (man/animals) is consider unclean

  1. Prior to a wedding, the bride has to immerse herself before meeting her bridegroom. Likewise a Believer in Yahshua is a bride must be Mikveh (immersed) in order to be cleansed before the Wedding supper of the Lamb.
  2. After niddah or Tumah & Tamei (women monthly menstrual cycle involves death of unfertilized seed & life in her blood dies) Every seed possess the DNA and carries the blueprint of YHWH which would be potential life if the conception successful. Blood once when expose in air contamination take place instantaneous. After the end of the seventh "white day", the woman then immerses herself in a mikvah or ritual bath to purify herself. She undergoes a change of status- from niddah to ritually pure or clean.  Whoever man touches her also must be quarantine for seven days then go through Mikveh together with her. Read an article "niddah: It is the blood" by Rabbi Edward Nydle / B'nai Avraham
  3. After Tumah a dead body or carcass, contact with the dead corpse P107 B'midbar 19:14 after seven days of seperation, a person must be Mikveh Mayim.
  4. When a Kohen (Priest) or elder prior entry into Ministry of YaH's Kingdom requires a Mikveh. Example we see in  before He enter into three and half year of Ministry, he immersed Himself. His immersion was witness by Yochanan and all the people around. Likewise as believer today who are ordain or call to  enter serving in His vineyard should be mitveh.
  5. Prior to Yom Kippur. We have to get ourselves ready, to have our soil garment wash and clean before the Day of Atonement.
  6. Mikveh seen as a wash of the Leper by water "And Elishah sent a malach unto him (Naaman in his metzorah), saying, Go and wash sheva times in the Yarden, and thy basar shall come back to thee, and thou shalt be tahor. (2 Kings 5:10)
  7. Messiah cleanse our sins by His Blood (1 Cor 6:11) "Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Master HaMashiach and in the Ruach of ." We must understand this concept is that once we were dead in trespass of sin and came back to life through the redemption Blood of Mashiach, we have to be wash and a beginning of new life in Mashiach.

THE IMMERSION IN THE RUACH HAKODESH (Holy Spirit) The evident of a person who has been immersed in the RUACH HAKODESH is that he submit to himself to be lead by Ruach HaKodesh (holy Spirit) over his life and changes is evidently seen in the life of a Believer and the radiance (Zohar) that show on the face, which can be witness by those around him. Also describe in 1 Yochanan Perek He (chp 5):6-8

6.This One is the One having come by MAYIM (water) and DAM (blood), Yeshua Melech HaMashiach; not by the mayim only but by the mayim and by the dahm; and the RUACH HAKODESH Hakodesh is the ONE giving solemn EDUT (testimony), because the RUACH HAKODESH is HaEMES (truth).

7. Because there are shloshah giving solemn edut (testify):

8. The RUACH HAKODESH and HA MAYIM and HA DAM, and the shloshah are for solemn EDUT.
