And all flesh shall see the salvation of Elohim.

"I am not a great sinner"

(Rom 3:23)  For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of Elohim (God),

I am a Baptist, a Methodist, a Catholic, Judaism, we have Avraham as our father etc

Nicodemus met Yeshua by night Rabbi, Melekh HaMoshiach Yeshua under cover of lailah and said to him, Rabbi, we have da'as that you are a moreh from Hashem having come, for no one is able these otot (miraculous signs) to do, which you do, unless Hashem is with him.

Yeshua answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of Elohim (God)."

Yochanan 3:4  Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"

Yochanan 3:5  Yeshua answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of Elohim.

Yochanan 3:6  That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Yochanan 3:7  Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'

Luk 3:8  Bear fruits in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, 'We have Avraham as our father.' For I tell you, Elohim is able from these stones to raise up children for Avraham.

There are hypocrites in the church

Yes there are, but there will be no hypocrites in Heaven. There is a day judgment where all believer will be judge what he or she has done. You will not be judged by what someone else did, but by what you have done and accountable on the day of judgment.

Romans 14:2 " so then every one of us shall give account of himself  to Elohim

I would have to give up too much - become a believer; I do not want to give up my sins

If you are not willing to give up your sins or say I cannot be change, you will be lost forever. Is it worth this?

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul. - Mark 8:36

Except you repent, you shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:5

I think one way is as good as another so long as you are sincere, all religions are the same

Yochanan 14:6 Yeshua said, "I AM the Way -- and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me.

Yochanan 5:24 Truly, Truly, I say unto thee: "He that hears My Word, and believes in Him that sent Me, have everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but has crossed over from death to life (l'chaim)."

Acts 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else: For there is neither is there any other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 14:12

May be later - I am not ready

Boast not thyself of tomorrow, for you know not what a day may bring forth

Heb 3:15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Ro 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake * out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
