7:1 And YEHOVAH (יהוה) said to Mosheh:
See, I have made you a Elohim to Paroh: and Aharon your brother shall be your navi.
7:2 You shall speak all that I command thee: and Aharon your brother shall speak to Paroh, that he send the benai Yisrael out of his land.
7:3 And I will harden Paroh's heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Mitzrayim.
7:4 But Paroh shall not heed to you, that I may lay My hand upon Mitzrayim, and bring forth My armies, [and] My people the benai Yisrael, out of the land of Mitzrayim by great mishpatim.
7:5 And the Mitzrites shall know that ANI YEHOVAH (יהוה), when I stretch forth My hand upon Mitzrayim, and bring out the benai Yisrael from among them.
7:6 And Mosheh and Aharon did as YEHOVAH (יהוה) commanded them, so did they.
7:7 And Mosheh [was] fourscore years old, and Aharon fourscore and three years old, when they spoke to Paroh.

7:8 (iv) And YEHOVAH spoke to Mosheh and to Aharon, saying:
7:9 When Paroh shall speak to you, saying:
"Show a miracle for you: then you shall say to Aharon, Take your rod, and cast it before Paroh, and it shall become a serpent.
7:10 And Mosheh and Aharon went in to Paroh, and they did so as YEHOVAH (יהוה) had commanded: and Aharon cast down his rod before Paroh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
7:11 Then Paroh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Mitzrayim, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.
7:12 For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aharon's rod swallowed up their rods.
7:13 And he hardened Paroh's heart, that he did not heed them; as YEHOVAH (יהוה) had said.
7:14 And YEHOVAH (יהוה) said to Mosheh, Paroh's heart [is] hardened, he refuses to let the people go.
7:15 Get to Paroh in the morning; behold, he goes out to the water; and you shall stand by the river's brink against he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shall you take in your hand.
7:16 And you shall say to him, YEHOVAH (יהוה) Elohim of the Hebrews hath sent me to you, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve Me in the wilderness: and, Hinei, indeed you would not hear.
7:17 Thus says YEHOVAH (יהוה):
In this you shall know that ANI YEHOVAH: Hinei, I will smite with the rod that is in my hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.
7:18 And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Mitzrites shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.
7:19 And YEHOVAH (יהוה) spoke to Mosheh:
Say to Aharon:

Take your rod, and stretch out your hand upon the waters of Mitzrayim, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Mitzrayim, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.
7:20 And Mosheh and Aharon did so, as YEHOVAH (יהוה) commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Paroh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.
7:21 And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Mitzrites could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Mitzrayim.
7:22 And the magicians of Mitzrayim did so with their enchantments: and Paroh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken to them; as YEHOVAH (יהוה) had said.
7:23 And Paroh turned and went into his house, neither did he set his heart to this also.
7:24 And all the Mitzrites digged round about the river for water to drink; for they could not drink of the water of the river.
7:25 And seven days were fulfilled, after that YEHOVAH (יהוה) had smitten the river.
