Element information and its usage

SODIUM BENZOATE Benzoic acid has good anti-microbial features, that does not dissolve well in water, whereas sodium benzoate dissolves very well in water.[sodium benzoate] or benzoate of soda, It is soluble in water, use as a preservative in foods and beverages; it is poisonous, the concentration is limited by law to 0.1%. Sodium benzoate is used in acidic foods and products to control bacteria, mold, yeasts, and other microbes. It interferes with their ability to make energy.

Sodium Inosinate - it is a type of flavour enchancer MSG manufacturer sells sodium inosinate, and sodium ribonucleotide ( a mixture of sodium inosinate and sodium guanylate). Avoid ribonucleotides, sodium guanylate or sodium inosinate (flavour enhancers)

Disodium inosinate is a food additive often found in instant noodles, potato chips, and a variety of other snacks. It is used as a flavor enhancer, in synergy with monosodium glutamate (also known as MSG; the sodium salt of glutamic acid). As it is a fairly expensive additive.Disodium inosinate is also known as disodium 5'-inosinate, sodium 5'-inosinate, disodium inosine 5'-monophosphate, inosine 5'-(disodium phosphate) and sodium inosinate.

Guanylate cyclase also known as guanylyl cyclase or GC) is a lyase, an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) to 3',5'-cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and pyrophosphate. There are soluble and membrane-bound forms of guanylyl cyclases.

Maltodextrin often contains free glutamic acid (a component of monosodium glutamate), used as a flavor enhancer in processed foods. Dextrins are a group of carbohydrates produced by the hydrolysis of starch. They have the same general formula as carbohydrates but are of shorter chain length.

Palm olein is the liquid fraction obtained by fractionation of palm oil  after crystallization at controlled temperatures. The physical characteristics of palm olein differ from those of palm oil.  It is used as a frying oil because it is very stable to heat, whilst palm stearine is used in biscuits and cakes and in non-hydrogenated margarine.

Mono sodium glutamate or MSG - a type Flavour enhancer, it is a food additive aminopentanedioic acid, 2-aminoglutaric acid, 1-aminopropane-1,3-dicarboxylic acid), commonly known as MSG or Vetsin, is a sodium salt of glutamic acid. MSG is popularly marketed as a "flavour enhancer". In its pure form, it appears as a white crystalline powder; when dissolved in water (or saliva) it rapidly dissociates into free sodium and glutamate ions (glutamate is the anionic form of glutamic acid). It is the sodium salt of the amino acid glutamic acid and a form of glutamate. Monosodium glutamate is the sodium salt of glutamic acid. Glutamate is a naturally occurring amino acid that is found in nearly all foods, especially high protein foods such as dairy products, meat and fish and in many vegetables. In traditional Asian cuisine  used a seaweed broth to obtain the flavour-enhancing effects of MSG. Today modern massive food production , the major process for MSG manufacturing is by a fermenting process using starch, sugar beets, sugar cane, or molasses. Most hawker centres and Chinese restaurant rely on MSG in their cooking. Monosodium glutamate was extracted from natural protein-rich foods such as seaweed.

Caramel is a food has an orange-brown colour and a sweet toasted flavour, derived from the caramelization of sugar. Caramel is used to flavour candy, making colouring for soya sauce, soft drinks Coca-Cola. Caramel can be made from sugar by heating it slowly to around 170°C/340°F. (The particular temperature depends on the sugar. See caramelization). As the sugar melts and approaches this temperature, the molecules break down into other volatile compounds that give it the characteristic caramel colour and flavours.Source: sugar or glucose. It is the sweet tasting rhizomes (underground stems) and roots that are used as flavourings. Licorice is native to south-eastern Europe and the Middle East, where it grows wild. It was known to the Greeks, mentioned in the Hippocratic texts, and to the Romans, who made licorice extract as we do today. Ancient Chinese herbalists used licorice, distilling the root’s essence and prescribing it for a wide range of conditions.Licorice is particularly well known for its use in confectionery.

Mirin  in Japanese kanji: 味醂; hiragana: みりん) is an essential condiment used in Japanese cuisine, with a slightly sweet taste. It is a kind of rice wine similar to sake, but with a lower alcohol content. In the Edo period, Mirin was drunk as a sweet sake. お屠蘇 【おとそ】 Otoso that is drunk on Shōgatsu (正月, the Japanese New Year) is made by soaking a spice mixture in mirin. Nowadays premium sake is often drunk instead. In the Kansai style of cooking, mirin should be used after a quick boiling to let alcohol evaporate while in Kanto style of cooking, mirin should be used as-is. Boiled mirin is called nikiri mirin, literally "boiled over Mirin."  Mirin is used to add a bright touch to broiled fish or to erase a fish's smell. A small amount used in the place of sugar and soy sauce often improves a dish. It should not be used in large amounts, as its flavor is quite strong. It is sometimes used as a sushi accompaniment.
