The core of Avrahamic Covenant teaching is
centered around, "Circumcision of the Heart." The foreskin of the
heart; specifically means,
"a barrier to holiness" i.e. lust. This barrier is what Acts
2:38 removes! The Torah, the Ketuvim and The Nevim (Joshua-Ecclesiastes, Yeshayahu specifically Yemiryahu 31 and Ezek iel 35-36-Malachi) all speak
symbolically (and literally) of a time when YHVH Elohim is going to circumcise the hearts of His
people and all YHVH Elohim fearers so that
they could love Him with all their heart, love their neighbor, and keep His Mitzvot (commandments). That is why a new believers are so sensitive to YHVH Elohim and His voice. It is also the reason that they
turn from evil to good and can no longer entertain evil thoughts-their
conscience is cleansed! |

36:12 It was the desire of Amalek to
destroy the whole nation of Yisrael while they were defenseless coming out of
Mitzrayim (Egypt). The spiritual
principle behind these mitzvot is that we need to remove everything from our
lives that may cause us to stray from YHVH – especially those things that
will cause us to commit the sin of idolatry.
We may save nothing – no matter what it might be – that would cause us
to turn away from YHVH. We must
remember that Benai Yisrael eventually fell to idolatry because they did not
fulfill these very commands |

Ahib Aviv, abib 'abiyb |
Aviv means ears; Green ears or green tender ears see note attached
"green ears" fresh, young barley ears, barley month of
ear-forming, of greening of crop, of growing green Abib, month of exodus and
passover (March or April) Promoting greenness, time of immature, fruit, initial period of
light’s labor, fullness of containment, unity, oneness, walk in light’s
unification. Ripen
barley the time is full is the
month of 'sprouting' or of 'green ears. The Biblical feast are closely related
to the season of crops for example the Aviv found in Israel indicates that
the physical visible evidence proves the season of spring is indeed here. Accordingly, the month of Pesach,
Aviv, or, as it was called in later times, Nisan, * was to be unto them 'the
beginning of months'— birth-month of the sacred, and at the same time the
seventh in the civil year. Immature fruit starts to appear and are awaiting for ripen to
harvested known as Karmel. When the barley that is karmel can be harvested
and smitten. The firstling of crops or best corps are set side for the
firstfruits offering, the omer and Shavuot. The process of making bread or
flour is smitten, crushed and grant into fine flour, it can then be made into
soup or bake bread. We see the smitten of the ripen barley a type of Yeshua
haMashiach who was smitten, crushed, bled and died for the atonement of our
sins. YHVH has given instruction to the children of Yisrael to observe th Aviv reason at this verses: De 16:1Observe the month of Aviv, and keep the Pesach unto YHVH thy Elohim: for in the month of Aviv YHVH thy Elohim brought thee forth out of Mitzrayim by night. Ex 13:4 This day came ye out in the month Aviv. Ex 23:15Thou shalt keep the feast of Matzah: (thou shalt eat Matzah seven days, as I commanded thee, in the Moed of the month Aviv; for in it thou camest out from Mitzrayim: and none shall appear before me empty:) |

Asham |
It Is the quilt offering. The Hebrew word for the asham and the English word for ashamed have the same root consonants. It is brought to atone for a sin of sacrilege (1 technical and not necessarily intrinsically outrageous violation of what is sacred because it is consecrated to YHVH Elohim; 2. gross irreverence toward a hallowed person, place, or thing); for a false oath regarding a theft, for a borderline situation involving doubt whether a sin was actually committed, for a Nazirite who accidentally became contaminated and for cleansing from a tzaraat affliction, which is assumed to be the result of guilt. The asham is the closest Torah provides for intentional sins. In the asham offering, one committed a sin because he did not properly consider his actions or he rationalized his actions. It occurs because of twisted thinking. |
