HaleluHU birkia ozo

The psalm of Halleilu Yah.

Praise EL in His sanctuary (kadsho):

Praise Him in the firmament of His power (oz).

150:2 (for what?)

הַֽלְל֥וּהוּ בִגְבוּרֹתָ֑יו הַֽ֝לְל֗וּהוּ כְּרֹ֣ב גֻּדְלֹֽו׃

Halelu HU kerov gudlo:

Praise Him for His mighty acts (gevurah):

Praise Him according to His excellent greatness.

הַֽ֭לְלוּהוּ בְתֹ֣ף וּמָחֹ֑ול הַֽ֝לְל֗וּהוּ בְּמִנִּ֥ים וְעוּגָֽב׃

HaleluHU ve tof u makhol:

HaleluHU ve'minim ve ugav:

Praise Him with the timbrel and dance:

Praise Him with stringed instruments and wind instrument (or flute, pipe, organs).

150:5

הַֽלְל֥וּהוּ בְצִלְצְלֵי־שָׁ֑מַע הַֽ֝לְל֗וּהוּ בְּֽצִלְצְלֵ֥י תְרוּעָֽה׃

HaleluHU ve'TzilTzelei shama:

HaleluHU ve'TzilTzele teruah:

Praise Him upon the loud cymbals:

Praise Him upon the high sounding cymbals.

כֹּ֣ל הַ֭נְּשָׁמָה תְּהַלֵּ֥ל יָ֗הּ הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃

Kol ha neshamah tehalei YAH (יה)
