Venachah alav Ruach ADONAI Ruach Chochmah uvinah Ruach Etzah uGevurah Ruach Da'at veYir'at ADONAI
And the Ruach ADONAI (יהוה) shall rest upon Him, the spirit of chokmah (wisdom) and Binah (understanding), the spirit of etsah (counsel) and gevurah (strength), the spirit of daat (knowledge) and of the yirah (fear) of ADONAI (יהוה);
11:3 And shall make him of quick Binah (understanding) in the fear of ADONAI (יהוה): and he shall not shofat after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
11:4 But with righteousness and justice shall He judge the poor and decide with fairness for the meek, the poor, and the downtrodden of the earth; and He shall smite the earth and the oppressor with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.
11:5 And tzeddek shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
11:7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
11:8 And the nursing child shall play on the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the viper' den.
11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my set-apart mountain: for ha eretz shall be full of the daat (knowledge) ADONAI (יהוה), as the mayim cover the sea.
11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Yishai, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Goyim seek: and His resting place shall be kavod.
11:11 It shall come to pass in that day , [that] ADONAI (יהוה) shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Mitzrayim, and from Pathros, and from Kush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
11:12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Yisrael, and gather together the dispersed of Yehudah from the four corners of ha eretz.
11:13 The envy also of Efrayim shall depart, and the adversaries of Yehudah shall be cut off: Efrayim shall not envy Yehudah, and Yehudah shall not vex Efrayim.
11:14 But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Plishtites toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moav; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.
11:15 And ADONAI (יהוה) shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Mitzrites sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make [men] go over sandals (dryshod).
11:16 And there shall be an highway for the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Yisrael in the day that he came up out of ha eretz Mitzrayim.

11:10-16 The Messiah will be a banner, attracting the Gentiles to Himself, and the seat of His authority will be glorious. The Master will regather the remnant of His people from all directions of the compass. Yehudah and House of Yisrael (Ephraim) will live together in peace, and will subdue their enemies—the Philistines, Edomites, Moabites, and Ammonites. The tongue of the Sea of Egypt (the Red Sea) will be dried up, and the River (the Euphrates) will be reduced to seven streams so that the Jews can return to the land. A highway will connect Assyria and Israel so that the return from the north will be made easy.
